Who defined craziness?

I.e. like this. ----> "Crazy: Doing the same thing again and again, and expecting different results"

Is that a republican definition made to embarass the democrats at the next presidentials?

Sounds more like it is intended to embarrass republicans with their Iraq policy.

I think people fearful people are the ones who defined crazy.

ie: We fear that which we do not understand.
