Of course they do. Little do you realize that most commercial fisherman flounder socially. Therefore, they have very few piers. So deciding which pier to work with professionally can be rather tricky for them. Most of the time they just tell their piers to shape up...... or they ship out. They'd rather go to hull than to make a mistake with the wrong pier.
