I say he is a closeted homosexual male wanting to be a meteorologist who likes to show off his teeth. So go for it, or let the rest of us get our turn.

he might be bi I'm bi and dam good at hiding it noone knows and noone calls me gay/bi or anything but I do stare at guys sometimes and I think he's probably bi if he was gay he would distance u and yell at u most gays in the closet do that id say hes bi
