A small jungle can be very nice. Better than concrete anyway.

Why don't you try to keep only a small part of your garden tidy for sitting in, and let the rest stay as jungle for the birds and insect. After a time you could slowly do a bit more till it's under control, when you have more time, energy or need more space.

I think maybe its an age thing for me - I had houses that came with gardens and to be honest I wished there wasnt any grass and all that stuff. Gardening =wasted leisure time!!
Now I am in a house with a 180 foot garden and I really loved chopping down trees with a chainsaw and digging all the brambles and wasp nests up, even if I did get stung to hell.
Now I wouldnt be without the garden - but still dont care for mowing much.

You say you dont but your garden must be bothering you if you are refering to it. Give it some TLC for 1/2 hour at a time, before you know it it will be all nice and I bet you would like it then. I used to hate gardening but now find it quite relaxing and it feels good when the flowers grow. Have fun!

i enjoy gardening its good exercise and its nice to sit in the garden at the end of a hard days work and enjoy the work youve done out there make it as an extra room a play area for the children and a dinning room for you what better than to have a few friends and family round on a warm evening and have a bbq enjoy your garden.

I love to garden, but there's nothing wrong with a jungle, let nature do it's own thing too dude.

I love how beautiful the flowers look after they are weeded and watered. The weather here in Ohio has been horrid on the plants. We are experiencing a drought and have lots of Japanese Beetles to try to kill. The vegetable garden has been chewed on by critters and there is black rot forming on some of the tomatoes and green peppers. The banana peppers are thriving!

I adore gardening. It's a total escape for me. When I'm in the garden usually by myself, I potter away (pardon the pun!) and hours go by without me realising. I have made a horrible messy garden into a beautiful oasis complete with fishpond and waterfall. I'd go mad without my garden!

Love gardening. I'm having baby carrots and runner beans for dinner - grown in my garden by my own fair hands (with beef of course)
