He is reportedly working on one now. It's rumored to be out by late 2007, and will feature collaborations with wil.i.am, Nee-Yo, Neff-U and Akon.
You have to keep in mind that for all he's done and been accused of, he still has millions of devoted fans. You've seen them outside of the courts supporting him during the child molestation trials. If Michael releases an album, people will buy it. That's all there is to it. It might not be as roaring a sucess as Off the Wall or Thriller was, but it'll still sell.

What's the point, his high pitched voice isn't going to hold up forever, and considering how he made a freak of himself, no one would really care. I think it's better for him to seek professional help and get out of entertainment, no matter how popular he became at one time, stardom has done him wrong. Same goes for Britney Spears.
