3 Branches? Are you kidding me?

Since 2000 when Dubya got "selected" by ideologically driven Supreme Court, they pretty much put an end to the democracy in America and supremacy of the constitution.

We've only ONE Branch...DICK Branch!

It's still in place, however, they are not functioning as they ought.

You have the Legislative branch, thinking its' the commander in chief

You have the Judicial branch, trying to write laws from the bench

And the Executive branch, trying to put out the fires from the other 2

Everyone should just do the jobs they have

Not 3 separate branches. 3 in name only. Kind of like when Hitler was in power in the 1930's and 40's in Germany. He called the shots, and the other "branches" all rubber-stamped der fuhrers proclamations.

Much of what the Bush/Cheney administration does has been learned by studying what the Nazis did during that period. Google Prescott Bush or better yet, I'll give you a couple of links to glance through. I think you'll get some idea of what is taking place in the U.S. today.

This organization was first discovered by Simon Wiesenthal in late 1946.

The Bush family moved from New England to a town in the middle of no-where Texas in 1947. The name of the town is ODESSA. It derived it's name from a town in Russia that was known for "wheat SEED" or the "seeding" of the basic staff of life or planting the "seed".

Many former Nazis and SS officers were smuggled into the U.S. through this connection. Our space program was taken from the minds of Nazis who invented the V-1 and V-2 rockets used against England in WWII.

Yes, although thanks to the Hamdi vs. Rumsfeld decision, the Executive branch has less power than it has had in over 230 years, and the Supreme Court has obtained unprecedented power not derived from the Constitution.

I think it still does in theory anyway...I can assure you that it being solvent is not the fault of conservative politics. I'm surprised the Constitution hasn't been refuted by the current administration. It certainly has been questioned if not violated by these reprehensible neanderthals.
