They are liberals. Liberals tend to follow the path of least resistance, if it feels good it must be good. Additionally many of the military from the vietnam era were drafted....some chose to stay and take a pension.
As far as Bush is concerned, Just because someone is military doesn't mean they are in love with him. In fact most military will be glad to see a new face in the oval office. Besides, Bush only has so much power due to the restrictions of the now very liberal legislative branch.
Anyhow, it's your choice. Elections are in '08...don't forget to vote.

I don't know. Maybe they don't like him. Many people don't. Everyone is allowed their own opinion though, that is what is GREAT about this country. Unless you are a soldier trying to tell people about sucesses in Iraq at the YearlyKos. Then you get yelled at and told to leave the room.
