You have a certain feeling and opinion aout something and everyone dislikes and underappreciates it, but when someone else comes around and comes up with the same thought, they gte a completely different reaction.

Yes, especially with my assignment group. I had to do all the sh*t and yet the leader refuse to take my advise on many matters.

It all comes down to, you want to be praised for your idea or hard work and some one else is taking the credit. As long as you are true to yourself, you shouldn't need someones approval or exceptence.Does feel unfair but you are the better person for not looking crook about it!!

yeah i do. usually at my job. i come in early, leave late and never put it on my time card. i do anything and everything i can to make sure the daily operations move as smooth as they can. problem is i still get treated like crap and no one ever mentions how well it is done. good luck.

i feel unnapreciated a lot. usually its not becuase someone else comes up with the idea, its because my idea is just so good that no one wants to belive me and they think i'm being stupid, but then i turn out to be right and they wont even admit it!

yes , like when I know that I'm right and everyone says no your just saying that then they go and look up. They find out there wrong, and don't even say sorry.
