What are your views on how the world was made ?

Question

How do think the world was made ? Was it all the big man in the sky or a chemical reaction ? I want to see your views, and don't remark anyone else's. Be religious or scientific ! OR BOTH ! I just find it interesting to see peoples views !

Just the delicate balance of our own planet tells me God is the heavy in this one. Science can blather on and hypothesize all it wants to. The fact we wake up in the morning and suck wind is seated in divine providence.

I doubt that the world ever was "made." I suspect it has always been here, and always been much as it is now. In cosmology, there are still a few believers in the "steady state" views once closely associated with Fred Hoyle. They'll have their innings again.

I have philosophical and, if you will, religious reasons for this expectation/ That nothing could come out of something (even if we postulate a transcendent Being who says "let it be so") is incomprehensible. And not in a good way.

"Made" implies a "maker." But the universe was not made. Reality and its properties exists. To find out whether reality itself has an origin is the same as aking what is the origin of origin? We know that the universe exists and tranforms itself. One of its transformations has produced the solar system, the Earth, us and all there is in it. I think science will continue to discover the processes by which the universe produces what we see, before it will discover the existence of a creator who existed before and outside reality and deliberately decided to create the universe as we observe.
