Isn't every question a search for knowledge that should be treated with respect, even if it involves spatulas or having hair on your palms?

It does not affect me directly, but I do sympathize with Non-English speaking ones, who make an effort to ask a Q in Eng and are ridiculed.
We can point out mistakes politely. Or as I do, just answer what you understand.
Never ridicule.
I wonder how many understand this.What you say...
Not many like you around.
PS. I mean not many like you are around who understands and respects a Q.
Lot of youngsters are here just for fun collecting points or spending time.

That's an astute observation and the hairy palm dilemma is one worth pondering!
Frankly, it's too easy at times to be critical and harsh in this unique land of answers.
Hiding behind a computer is no excuse for rude or inconsiderate behavior, regardless of how you're feeling or what's going on in your life. Everyone is entitled to ask a question.
Now, having fun with some of the silly ones that get asked, that's a good thing! Just as long as it's not aimed at anyone in particular and we're laughing together.
