My problems started after I returned from America a week ago. At first I thought it was jet lag but now its far worse. I'm on the edge of paranoia and think scenes from 28 days later are gonna happen (I saw this 2 years ago but I think it has a connection), plus I'm generally nervous now, thinking I'm ill when I'm not, and I cannot go to sleep without watching a film or two/TV, or reading an entire book. I need noise in the background. I eventually fall asleep at like 3am when it gets light. I know I'm tired because my body is twitching now. I'm 13 and knackered...advice?

you need to learn to relax. that is what it is. your brain has to rest and then you can sleep but if you are thinking of this and that you can't rest. so the movie can help but you have to learn to sleep earlier say 7pm ad rest for one hour watching mabye tv and then letting mind rest and that takes training. there are doctors that can help if you need to and then it will help you wind down so you may need to see one.

I think you just need exercise. You can run or do something totally exhausting. You will find you will sleep like a baby at night.
