LOOOVE eggs. Preferably very little runny yellow if any. Poach, scrambled, fried, soft boiled... alone, with American bacon (don't like the stuff they call bacon in Ireland), haven't had hash browns in over 10 years! Yum! Fruit, yogurt, sausage, toast, green eggs, blue eggs, duck eggs, quail eggs, preferably fresh eggs, in a box, with a fox, on a train or just with salt....mmmm. I'm hungry.....

I like Stuff. Soft scrambled with Cheese, braised button mushrooms, a bit of onion and green pepper, and sprinkles
of bacon. In other words, a unfolded omelet

I like mine scrambled, softly :)
With some well done hash browns, lightly toasted white toast - buttered....with grape jelly!
Okay okay, throw in two pieces of bacon.......if you must ;)
