Three words: Shake n' Bake (alright, almost three words). I buy boneless skinless and then get the yummy Parmesan coating or the ranch kind. EVERYONE at my house loves it! (that is saying something) But I'll be honest. Chicken is yummy your way too. :-)

I usually just buy the boneless/skinless chicken breasts because it's easier to deal with and there's less fat.

Boneless, skinless and I marinate it with my own spice mixture. Bones give me the willies and skin has too much fat in it.

Rarely. I buy boneless,skinless chicken breasts or thighs. They have great flavor, if you know how to cook. ;o)
