The only way to get over a fear is to actually face it. Maybe a little bit at a time and then you'll realize that it isn't that bad.
It also depends on what fear and phobia you have. Can you be a little bit more specific?

well, fears are always going to bug you but there are times when you can overcome them. I guess it always helps to have a friend with you, ya know? talk to someone about fears and stuff, get it all out on the table and maybe that person has gone through it and can help you
i'd answer this better but i dont really know what you mean with the whole thing...sooo...yeah

try a sprint greater coaching time. possibly inspite of a distinctive instructor to get a distinctive view. all and sundry learns as they fly, blunders are "gaining awareness of" bear in ideas them and don't repeat. it is not unusual to locate circumstances you do no longer believe your guy or woman judgements yet do no longer enable them to end you from doing what you already know is the splendid next step. VFR at out of control airports calls so which you would be able to maintain your eyes outdoors and sure it incredibly is a project. in basic terms considering you could solo does no longer mean you have found out to fly, understand you nonetheless have plenty to be taught and shop gaining awareness of. it gets greater useful. playstation if everybody tells you they by no ability had any of your reports as a low time pupil, they are the two pulling your chain or did no longer understand they screwed up. those are people who should not be flying. as a techniques because of the fact the priming classes - no 2 planes are precisely same in basic terms get to understand the only you fly.

Head on. Confront them and defeat them.
Unless of course your phobia is falling off a building or getting hit by a car or something like that...

Face them. Once you've faced them they're pretty much nonexistant. I have a fear of spiders, but facing that fear didn't help, freaked me out even more lol. But since I faced it, I don't totally avoid going near them. I just don't touch the creepy things.

I got over my fear of roller coasters by riding them with people that I thought would make fun of me if I chickened out.
