Is it true that Saw IV is rated NC-17?

Because I love saw 1 and I am going to see saw 2. But this isjust wrong. I mean saw 1, saw 2, and saw 3 got R rating. So I'm thinking that could be a mistake. Could someone please tell me.

I have searched a few different sites and none of them have a rating for it yet. I wouldn't think it would get and NC-17 rating. IF it is that graphic, they will edit it and then release the NC-17 version as unrated for the DVD.
