There are also a few brown spots and blood veins on the white of my eyes. What are the causes? Is there any way that I cl/ear away these "blemishes" ?

You can't do much about the blood vessels. Some will be less noticeable if you rest more often or you can put a hot, damp rag over your eyes. Have you ever been to a doc? Usually yellow in the white part is a sign of low iron in the blood.

Yellow eyes can be a sign of Jaundice, along with yellowed skin.
Veins can be lack of sleep or strained eyes.
You might consider an optometrist.
