It is a 1979 Chrysler. It has a 115 horse power outboard motor. It has been sitting for about 3 years, but we did replace all the fuel lines on the motor. We are currently only averaging about 2 hours. Is this normal or is there a problem?

It probably about right. Here the "Street Terms";
Say your boat can go 30 MPH so 2 hours is 60 miles. It getting about 10 miles per gallon. If, you just idle around so it not push through the water as hard you would see a big increase in fuel savings. Also, when you start Skiing and pulling tubes you will really burn the fuel.

You can go for as far as 2 gallons of fuel will take you !

You can burn it up speeding, or make it last hours by putting around.

BOAT FUEL RULE:

1/3 there....1/3 Back....1/3 "RESERVE" !

it should get a little better on flat calm water at cruise. But, rough water, going up river, running at high speed, pulling a skier all drop the mileage
