Well there is a camera crew with him. Its a television show. No one's revealing anything by saying "HE'S NOT OUT THERE ALONE!" It's a very impressive show and it made me believe that the guy could survive in these elements.

The show is not supposed to be throwing a guy into the woods and watching him fend for his life. Of course if he encountered something he couldn't handle someone would help him. You'd think he'd have to die of starvation to satisfy people. They never presented the show in that way.

I dont think so. I heard that he didnt really spend the entire time out there in the wild, that he spent a few nights in a hotel, but I dont care because he still climbed up 60 ft trees and ate live snakes and fish, lol...doesnt change the fact that he still did some incredible stuff.

He's not out there alone. He has cameramen and others who probably give him food and water each night when not filming. The other survival show "Survivorman" is much better. This guy is out there totally alone and films the whole series himself. The new season starts August 10th on the Discovery Channel.

I would like to see how his camera crew does it. I think Les on Survivor Man is more realistic. He carries his own cameras and is supposedly totaly alone. I do like Bear G though. He is pretty darn entertaining. Speaking of Survivor Man the new season starts this Friday on Discovery.

Oh, it's fake beyond belief. Watch carefully. There are shadows from the helicopters keeping an out for him over head, there are crews with him the entire time. The one that really gets me is at one point in one episode that I saw, he was supposedly having to go across a river made entirely of snow melt, and somehow, after walking through this river, his pants were miraculously dry the next scene of him leaving the river. Hmm....

Actually, yesterday someone told me that one of those TV survivor guys were found out as a total fake.- that he actually sleeps in a hotel room. He didn't know which one though. I just hope it's not Survivorman- that show is pretty cool!
