ok, me and my mom have this theory that it did not colapse, that there was a bomb involved. we watched the news and everyone that saw & heard it do not say, it went, crack,they say that it went, BOOM BOOM or it sounded like an explosion. plus, this morning, the news had a tape from al quida saying that they will terrorise our country. 3 days after the bridge fell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what do you think about this theory and what are yours?

ya know, i have suspections, even though people say, "minneapolis won't sell to the arab cash" but why not? It's middle america, "safe" quiet, mom and dad (well, at least *my* mom and dad) and this was rush hour, the perhaps most important bridge in the city in terms of business/university traffic; and isn't it strange it completely crashed? Completely???
Why not just partially?

It was not a bomb. Things do go BOOM BOOM when they fall. They were doing construction on the bridge at the time of the collapse. They have even said that it was not terrorism. Pay more attention before you start with the theory that does not make sense.

When a bridge collapses, do you know what it sounds like? It doesn't just make a nice little tinkling noise. Layers of concrete and metal slamming against each other sounds like BOOM BOOM.
If there was an explosion, they would have seen evidence of it by now, there would have been more fire, more scortched and melted pieces of metal, etc. The only fire was from vehicles that caught on fire from the crash.

sorry, don't buy your theory. I saw the video of the collapse, I saw no indications of explosion prior to the collapse.

no no its not terrismbridge collapse is loud and besides they had already deemed it structuraly defficient in 1990 so its deffintely a collapse
