Is the Comfort Inn Hotel in Newburgh NY on Lakeside Rd a decent area ? Is in the city of Newburgh or in a better area ? How safe is this hotel?

It's in the town of Newburgh, but it's not a very bustling area. The only other things on the street are an ice rink and a couple of warehouses. The hotel itself is safe, there's foreign dignataries that stay there because it's under the radar. (Who's going to look for them in such a nondescript area?)

BTW - generally the city of Newburgh is safe - it's the city of Middletown that's not.
