Yes, once again we see that humans are basically the same everywhere. Now, since Americans and Islamics are supposed to be enemies, naturally we demonize them and they demonize us. That's human nature, I guess. It's not enough to merely kill your enemy. You need to also devise "straw man" arguments to justify your actions.

I get a kick out of how the Cold War resolved. Back when we were mortal enemies with the godless Russians, their citizens were depicted as rigid and humorless, kind of like how the Germans were depicted in World War II. The women, in particular, all seemed more like men: hefty and muscular, with deep voices and hair on their lips. Then the Cold War ended with the collapse of Communism, and, holy cow, the overnight transformation of the Russian people was astonishing. The Russian males now suddenly seemed like fun guys, self-effacing and a little goofy. And the Russian women -- those Russian women, my God -- where did they all suddenly come from? The tennis players, the supermodels, the gymnasts, all these stunning examples of female pulchritude. I'd better stop now, I'm starting to overheat...

it would not matter if we converted to islam they would still hate us, and by theway, we try to get along with everyone, and do you know: the islamic problem has been around for a long time. the founding fathers tried to deal with them and determined that you have to kill them- barbary pirates where we get the word barbaric.

no! the reason muslims don't like us has nothing to do with our religions. just likewhen people don' like blacks its not the color of our skin , its the lack of acceptance ,understanding,respect and/or appreciation of each others cultures
