I know I know, there are more interesting topics to be talking about. But with every other team in that division either standing pat (Toronto and NJ, both playoff teams), or getting stronger in some way (Knicks land Randolph, Boston gets Ray Allen and KG), you have to figure the Sixers will probably be a bottom feeder again this year. But within 3-4 years all of those teams, except maybe Toronto will be old, worn-out, and probably terrible. Will Philly be back to stay in that amount of time, by that I mean a top 3 playoff team in the East?

Not with the players they have now. Other than Iguadola, I don't see any potential stars. Toronto has a good, young core. Boston should get at least 4 or 5 years out of their stars. New Jersey goes with Kidd, so yeah they'll be done in 3 years. New York still sucks, although it will be fun to watch a bunch of lazy, selfish ******* play together. So, I guess Philly could be middle of the pack.

3 or 4 years if Toronto keeps getting better, Boston can mesh their superstars together, will both be far better than the 76ers. The 76ers have a long way to go before they even start thinking playoffs, especially now with the Garnett deal.

You can win 42 games and dominate the Atlantic Division, so it's very possible that within 3 years Philly will be a .500 team.
