IMDB says Alexander Conklin (Chris Cooper) is in it. Can anyone tell me what scene he is in.

I think that is an error on the IMDb by somebody who assumed Cooper was seen in a flashback. As I recall, he was not seen in this film at all. (Probably because they had to pay him so much to get him back for one line in The Bourne Supremacy!)
I believe Cox's character is only heard on tape, not seen.
And I believe Potente's character is only seen in flashback and does not speak...
But I could be 100% sure after seeing the movie a second time.

Sorry. I just saw the Bourne Ultimatum last night and Chris Cooper is not in it. The main players in this one are: (obviously) Matt Damon, Julia Stiles, David Strathairn, Scott Glenn, Paddy Considine, Edgar Ramirez, Albert Finney, and Joan Allen.
