Presumably this is asked relating to your girlfriend becoming pregnant
They cant
Overnight die of cold
Soap in bath water would be a spermicide
The sperm that were present if not dead(which they would be) would be very diluted-and non motile-even in a drained bath

Yep, she is certainly pregnant! Just kidding, yeah the sperm could conceiveably survive as long as it did not dry out, but the viability would be really low. then it would be most likely stuck to the side of the tub, not free floating. And then your girlfriend would have had to find that particular area where the dying sperm cells were stuck to the tub, somehow dislodge it, and then insert it into her vagina. This not considering that if she or you used soap (hopefully!!) or shampoo, either one would have killed the sperm in the semen you jetted out into the water. So, if she turns up pregnant and you always used a condom, do a paternity test.

Tough question If you are a human
chances are they will not survive or at
least be able to impregnate anyone

On the other hand many believe that
George W is a Living sperm that
never went through the full process of
becoming a human

You released it last night and she took a bath in the morning? Well, it should already be dead since its been there for a long time. Sperm cells die really fast when put in water. Unlike other cells, sperms are not capable of storing enough nutrients for themselves so they only take their nutrients from their surrounding solution (Semen). In your case, since the semen has been washed away by water, then they will quickly starve and die. pH also has an effect. Sperm cells only survive at pH 7.4-7.6. The pH of tap water is around 7.1-7.2. The water temperature will also definitely kill the sperm instantly. I think what you should be worried about is getting bacteria in your bathtub. Some harmful bacteria feed on cells.
