I have been experiencing a rapid rapid plunge in my appetite, nausea, yeast infections, and a bloated feeling. I thought all these symptoms are very rare. SHould i keep on taking it? and how long before it starts protecting against pregnancy? ive been on it a week and so it feels like hell.

As far as protection against pregnancy you should be ok on that front now.

But because of the symptoms you are having I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to see what they recommend on how to ease them.

It is common to get a yeast infection being on the pill for some women but a good way to try and control that is to take acidophillous (you can find it in yogurt too).

Bloating is also common with the pill for some because of the hormones in them causing us to retain water.

As for the plunge in appetite that is not normal so would definitely recommend talking to the doctor about that. With the nausea yes, that can occur with the pill especially if it's taken at certain ties of the day. I have found that taking it at night works better to prevent that.
