When the dinosaurs went extint 65 millions years ago, %99 of all living things died as well. The marsupials (ancestors of almost all living creatures today) were one of the few to survive. I believe the theory of a meteor, hitting the Yukatan Peninsula is the theory that would apply to this. (There are enormous sources online that describe the evidence for this.)
Most believe the dinosaurs would have evolved, and whatever life that would exist today would be extremely different if the dinosaurs went through another 65 million years of evolution and natural selection because of ice ages. We humans (homo sapiens) appeared around the end of the last ice age ~18,000 years ago, leaving our weaker, less resourceful "neanderthal" relatives behind.
Human beings would not exisit, had the dinosaurs not died out. It is natural selection over time, and the marsupials would not have had the chance to evolve the way they did. Because 99% of all species died, they didn't have any natural predators for a while.

If dinosaurs still survive, most of them would be in captivity by the human race. Human around the world would be building big and strong cages to keep these reptiles.
We will learn to control these creatures. The demand for fossil fuel will not be so high, human will make use of these strong creatures to harvest some energy that we need.
Cows are not needed to plough the field as they are not as efficient. Smaller dinos will do the job.

Well, the world would be a very different place. Humans would no longer be the dominant race, dinosaurs would be. And because of this there probably wouldn't be all of this technology or most of the things that we've created. I think I would be like being back in the cave age.

well for one, you won't be able to post this question because there is a big chance that you would have been killed by now. but i would imagine that the human race would have a different set of transportation, which is what we can use to avoid dinosaurs and still live our lives. structures would be soaring the skies so that we can continue to make a living and not be bored with our lives. i imagine that the world will feel very very different, which is what it feels like when you feel threatened--perhaps we would have invented a way to eradicate dinosaurs, or we can keep trying.
