Remember that you will be able to ride a rollercoaster or get drunk if you want to, or have heaps of fun having sex for the next month. Its way more fun trying to conceive than getting it out again! Just remember, if you're stressed, it won't happen. Have a whinge, stamp your feet and have a cry but then move on to next month. This egg just wasn't the perfect one yet!

Well its def. upsetting when the positive that you want, comes back as a negative. But part of wanting a baby is being strong. I know that on average it takes 1 year for a health couple to get pregnant. So there is always next month. Just be strong, and don't stress, because that can delay your period as well.

I've been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years now. Every time you take a test, there's that excitement that wells up in you, telling you that this will be the month. When you check your test and it's negative, it's like getting the wind knocked out of you, at least for me. I've been through 25 negative tests now, so my reaction may differ from yours. I let myself have 10 minutes to wallow in self pity, then I go to my calender and start mapping out my next cycle and try to focus on my next chnce to get pregnant. How people react to something like this varies from person to person. Just try to remember that, even though this month was a no go, you've got another chance coming in just a few weeks.

That is great that you waited for a missed period - lots of people waste money on tests too early. Maybe plan something fun for afterwards, like a shopping trip, so it's not the only thing you've got planned - also good to get out of the house if you are feeling sad.

Good luck!

you should never worry about anything, even your pregnancy test tomorrow. if the result is negative,so you have try again another month. If you want a baby, you would affirming yourself, say that " I have a baby, i am pregnant, i am healthy, my body, my mind and my soul is ready to receive a new baby." something like that, when you assure yourself, your baby will come. Good Luck!

just get it over with. you will feel much better knowing either way. it took us 7 times of being dissappointed to finally get a positive result. and that really isnt that long compared to most couples

I have been ttc for 3 years now. You do what you can do. I mean, it hurts...yea....most things that are worth waiting for do hurt. I just think that my baby wasn't ready to be concieved yet, thats the easiest way to get thru it.

if you missed your period then you might be pregnant, either way you need to take pregnancy test so you can set up prenatal appointments. So just deal with it and get it done
