Yes it is available but u have to get the appropriate driver cd from virgin guys and there u go ...

Yes but I wouldn't recommend it.
USB is slow at best, You will find that many ISP's in Europe furnish there clients with USB Products, they are very poor in performance.
Get in touch with your ISP and tell them that you want Ethernet connection on your Modem or Router not USB. Have them exchange it, steer clear of USB to Ethernet Cables.
