I heard a song called "land of confusion" by In Flames and also by Disturbed, does anyone know who did it first?

Originally a Genesis song, In Flames covered the song first in 2003...it appears on their 'Trigger' ep...disturbed, then, covered the song in july of 2006...it appears on their 'Ten Thousand Fists' album...
