I had an arguement with my father today hes was telling my brother and i how we should only date in our own race, because the world is racist and interacial relationships dont work becasue of racist parents, friends etc. I said this is not all true because most interacial realtionship do work and it has nothing to do with colour it is to do with personality, and only rarely are broken up because of race and if they do they werent in a very strong relationship. He said how many interacial relationships asain on black, white on black etc relationships ive seen and i would say not alot becasue i have not seen alot of these by myself but i know theres alot of relationships like these out there. Is he racist? he says most whites are racist and asains are racist. and he sed tht only 5% of the world is not racist and that i know nothing, when i know more than he thinks. He says this is a fact, when i know its only from what hes seen, on tv etc this is a very closed minded veiw.

So anyway is this 5% thing true and is he racist? - i think he is.
I like guys of any colour and im black, - i mean wake up people! hotness is hotness! my brother is only 12 and hes telling him to date in his own race because of clour and majority of the world is racist.

I disagree. I think that the minority are racists. I would guess about 10% and 70% neither, and about 20% are marginal

Too high of a ratio, I have met more people that aren't racist than those that are. Realistically I would have to say about 20% of the world is truly racist, but 90% of the world can be easily persuaded into racists actions they wouldn't commit unless otherwise provoked into doing so. A racial divider can exist, but only if one side or the other starts something pretty blatent in the form of racism.
For example, while you are not racist, if a white man appears on TV and says "N*ggers are stupid and should suck my d*ck," you would be offended (naturally so). While brooding on this subject in a local bar, a black guy sees a white man not hold open a door for a black lady (more than likely coincidental) and assumes the worst because of the altered mental state. A fight ensues. This fight becomes the topic of the town it was in and racial tension is high.
This is just a kind of example where people who aren't really racist can kind of have the mentality triggered thorugh someone who is.

how will you get an impartial reaction to this question. the two communities are going to have astonishing communities, one obvious distinction I see is something of the worldwide team would be waiting to get alongside with one yet another. questioning related to the communities, i will't see the Asian 3 communities competing against the 5 communities from something of the worldwide! Pitch situations would be mandatory, Asia would have a brilliant gamble on spinning wickets yet nowhere else! How a pair of venue the place everyones protection isn't in question. Or 3 in Asia to make up for their pooled team disadvantage and a pair of form something of the worldwide. actuality the Asian bowlers do merely no longer tournament up!

It sounds like he is racist. And it sounds like maybe he has seen this kind of stuff and he doesn't want his children to go threw it. I'm white and I dated a black man and we had no problems because of our colour. And I think only 5% of the world is racist.

HE IS NOT RACIST DEAR.
He cares for your wellbeing.
Like my dad cares if I marry a poor man who is black and shoots everyone or a muslim man who is a terrorist or a white man who is a psycho!!!
What I mean to say is there are bad in every race and we know it but parents are scared we might chose a bad person eventually.
Its UP TO YOU to convince them that he or she is a good enough person for you for marriage and life long happiness

If 5% of the world is not racist, then that means the other 95% are liars and fools. Racism is here to stay, and everyone is racist to a point.
What makes us individuals is how we express ourselves and how we accept and deal with the problem.

We Africans want to trade, we want inclusion not exclusion. We have much more than just minerals and oil so you all have been welcome for a very long time. I know it sounds like a crazy answer but it's not.
