hard to say no when they ask me for some money

only carry your ATM card, when you are asked to loan them tell them you haven't any, it would not be a lie.or ask those, who always ask you, to borrow some cash ask for the amount that they owe you, sooner or later when you stop giving them $ they will stop asking for it

As hard as it is, you have to start saying no. Any excuse will work. You will find that it will get easier after the first time and you will feel better about it as well. You can't continue to foot the bill's of these other people.

its not stolen if you don't say no and just give it away.
you need to tell them you are not prepared any longer to give money away and take the risk of not getting it paid back. After you have gotten brave enough to say it a few times it gets easier.
