I learned in America, where drivers education is standard for all second year students to take. We learn to drive with a teacher and then take our permit exam while in school, then we take driving lessons with the same teacher, as soon as you pass driver's education, and you turn 16 then you take your license exam. I took lessons in the UK when I moved here because of how different the system is here, and I took about 3 months of lessons, and then passed my exam.

A week of teaching... And you will be able to drive a car steady... and ofcourse u should be cooperative to ur instructor...
