I got a juice spilled over my lap-top keybord and now it's very hard to press the keys, probably because of the sugar in the juice. Any advice how to clean this mess? Thanks!

The keys are all removeable - take a picture and print it out before you go taking them off though!!! Under the keyboard is a membrane - thick plastic type stuff - this can be wiped with an almost dry cloth. Wash the actual keys in the sink and allow to dry properly (probably best overnight sitting on a teatowel). Reassemble keyboard and all should be ok - fingers crossed!

specific, take it to a shop that could open it up and sparkling the keyboard. you're able to do it your self although that's tedious and you will void any guarantee by means of establishing the case. next time turn it off perfect away and depart it for twenty-four hours. If it became a sticky substance then that's going to require a cleansing simply by fact the keys frequently stick at the same time or there are bridges( connections on the waffer board) that are inflicting study blunders

Don't try this before investigating, but i just read on another website about putting keyboards in the dishwasher. Doesn't seem like the thing to do, but who knows?
