You're pregnant. No doubt about it. (Sarcasm.)
How is anybody supposed to know? Yet, has to be the most commonly asked question on here. Really, do you want people to use a Yahoo! Answers Ultrasound?

Dont get your hopes up too high honey it could be anything.. Sorry but it's true..
Your body might be under a little more stress than usual and therefore that be the reason you havnt got your period yet..
Your period might have just decided it wont come this month.. Sometimes women can skip a peroid every now and then for no reason... (I only get my periods 4 - 5 times a year)
Or you could be pregnant and it be too early for the test to get a positive.. If you are really wanting to know 'now' if you are or not go to the doctors and get a blood test done.. There alot more accurate than the 'stick tests'
Good luck and wishing you all the best.

Am I pregnant? This is often one of the most important questions a women can ask. If you suspect you are pregnant, getting good prenatal care early is very important, so finding out as soon as possiblequestions, you may be pregnant. However, some women never suspect that they have conceived. As soon as your period is late, you can perform an at-home pregnancy test inexpensively and privately.

Maybe there is something big happening in your life. My friend just got married in July and did not have her period for about 4 months. Of course she got it the day before she got married....doesn't that make for a crappy wedding night. but seriously, go to a doctor and have her do a test for you. You'll feel better knowing that you'll have an answer.

See a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. She can tell you for sure if you're pregnant or can examine why your period is late. Home pregnancy tests are not foolproof, and there's many reasons why your period is late-- stress, diet, and so on.

Go to another clinic and have a pregnancy test. It may be positive. However, if it is still negative, maybe your monthly period have stopped for a while. Have more sex, sweet sex with your husband.

You could be-- take another test-- if still negative, go see your doctor. Some STD's can mess up your cycles, and if left untreated could be very dangerous. But either way, you need to see a doc.

No, you are not pregnant. But there may be another issue. That is the same exact thing that happend to me before I was diagnosed with PCOS. You need to see a gyno. asap.

How skinny are you? A woman won't menstruate if she falls below a certain percentage body fat.
You need to have your guy give you a good roll in the hay. That can sometimes bring it on...
