its like a small star shaped hole. i want to replace the keypad cos one of the buttons is missing, otherwise i have to send the fone back to the manufacturer and i wont have it for over a week.

craft shop or diy store as it sounds liikyou may need a posidrive screwdriver (take the phone with you and you should be able to try the various sizes so you don't end up having to buy a set.

You need a screwdriver called T6, and you can usually always get them from ebay.

most carboot sales and sunday markerts sell what you are looking for. they are called torx bits,5,6,7 are the most common for phones , hope this helps
