anybody help. How to apply for seperation and divorce at the cheapest way.

You move out and go see a divorce lawyer. Once you file for divorce, your legally separated.

If the couple agrees on who gets what, and there aren't any children involved...lawyers fees are minimal. Mine, $400...he signed I signed and the lawyer took the papers to the court and the judge signed. I didn't even have to go to court...only one judge, in my county, requires the plaintiff to show up; before granting the divorce. And the $400 included my lawyer showing up, if we had been unfortunate enough to get that judge. We didn't, so 30 days from the date I turned in the signed and notarized papers I was divorced!!!! Oh happy day, that abusive man was out of my life.
With children is a little more expensive there again, if both parties agree on custody and visitation and child support; I think my lawyer charged $800. Just a little more paper work and the plaintiff has to show up in court, so the lawyer will have to go to that.
If anything isn't settled between the man and woman, the fees start soaring from there.
