Well at the moment Im currently pregnant with my second child and everyone knew I was pregnant again before I did!
I was told by a few people that I had the 'pregnant' look.
I was told by some that I was getting 'fat'.
I was told by many that I needed to go have a 'pregnancy test' as I had turned into a complete ***** overnight!
But sometimes the woman will miss a period and be pregnant.
Or she will just needs to do a pregnancy test to get the answer.
Some dont realise they are having a baby untill the bump appears.
There is no sure way of finding out unless you get a test done

Eventually after 9 months a baby will come out of her at the hospital...Congratuations! lol

she takes a prego test..... are you asking what symptoms she may have?? just so ya know every woman has different symptoms....swelling of breast, puking usually in the morning, loss/gain of appetite.....NO PERIOD.....that's usually the BIGGEST sign lol

its harder for other to know if she is recently pregnant, if her periods stops, there are alot of chances she is pregnant...
