That way they can see who your contacts and fans are, if you are on private.

Sometimes I add someone and then realize I made a type/spelling error, so I end up blocking the person I have accidentally (because of a type error) added. But if someone you knew blocked you is probably cause they're angry at you for something you did (maybe you accidentally ignored them online).

Maybe something 'offended' them... or maybe it was on accident.. I've blocked people before because I didn't recognize them.. only to later REMEMBER who they are!
