I like to listen to some lounge music such as zero 7 or Saint Germain or some classical chillout.
What works for me is that I don't listen to the same stuff too often. I sometimes even put on a CD with a recording of a waterfall background, beach background with sea gulls and waves....etc. It sometimes really gets me to be so relax that I might fall asleep.

Well, as of late, I listen to the Zephyr Song by Red Hot Chili Peppers. Very calm, melodic, and smooth. Can easily put this one on repeat and lose myself.
