What if the reason you are suing the settlement facility because they helped your lawyer illegally collect twice on a certain sum of money? And every attorney you have contacted among hundreds in New Mexico, Michigan, Georgia, and Texas all lose interest in your case the SECOND the lawyer in questions name is provided? And if you want to appeal a court decision in favor of that attorney, but the attorney is a member of the committe you appeal to?????

A settle facility if violative of the rights of the people can be sued as a juridical person.
