Hard to pick one favorite, so I'm going to break the rules and pick two...Jack and Karen. LOVE them!
As for favorite moment, I would have to say I loved the time that James Earl Jones was on and Jack was trying to teach him how to act. When he was telling him to raise his voice and whatnot...I laughed the entire time! A close second would be when Jack was stalking Kevin Bacon. I also would have to give a special recognition to the one with Matt Damon trying to be a straight guy in a gay chorus acting gay so they wouldn't know he was straight.
I loved this show and was so sad when it went off the air. I watch it in reruns all the time! :)

I like Karen. I like the episode where Will is working for Karen in some way and they are on the outs because he feels like she treats him with disrespect and then at the end of the episode she makes up with him and he invites her out for a bite to eat and she declines. He wonders if she's still mad at him and Karen says "no it's not that at all it just that I don't eat with the help, honey"

They are all perfect. My favorite moment would have to be when Grace says "I want to get arrested." And Jack and Karen say at the same time "Go outside in that outfit."

Jack was my favorite Will and Grace character my favorite show moment was when Jack met his idol cher and didn't even know it was really her that was hillarious. He even gave her pointers on how to talk haha
