i am working as pc technicaian in the signed contract but working as system and network administrator here in the kingdom of saudi arabia.

It depends upon your contract. Generally as per the Saudi Labor law you will get the following end of service benefits:

Return air ticket to your home country.
Two months leave salary, in case if are not availed the leave within the contract period.
End of service benefits 30 days yearly.

Contact the HR department of your employer for the exact figure.

Not sure I understand you're question but it's good to have in your contract that they will give you shipping allowance back to your home country and airfare. Many companies do this.

basically after 2 yrs. you will get a air passage from company & paid leave for 1 month. and it varies from company to company.
