I'm making a website karaandchelsea.com - its going to be a bunch of stuff for 'healthier lifestyles' and it will be a group of us, supporting us, giving us ideas, sharing recipes, sharing excersizing moves, giving each other inspirations and such. And Its 2:05 AM here, and I'm just going to stay up, so its an all nighter for me, and in a few hours i'm going to take a shower and go to grocery store to get stuff for my 'healther lifestyle' can anyone make a list of things including the brand, thats less then 100 calories! k vegetables little snacks, fruits, fruit salads anything. Thanks!

i will advice you to include pranayama in your program.
though i can suggest some fruits and vegetables too.
