9.45 am and im in ireland

Well, I was supposed to be an early this morning so my alarm was set for 5.15 but since I didn't have a lot of sleep last night, I actually got up at 6.40 and was out twenty minutes later.
I'm back home now because they want me to do a nightshift. So I won't be getting any sleep tonight. I will be trying to get a few hours in about half an hour.

solid Morning! Being that i'm no longer a creature of set workouts so a techniques as song is going, i like for the radio to do the paintings for me. i'm slightly wide awake adequate tochronic as is. at present's morning awaken call replaced into some classic NIN - final off the broken EP. Hadn't heard that for the duration of a whilst and it replaced into greater useful than espresso. No doughnuts here. i'm addicted to granola and eating habitual coke. :)

about an hour ago very late for me but stayed up to watch Jaws last night on TV it didn't finish till 3 am together with a couple of bottles of wine equals a late lie in

I got up at 6am (London time) coz the sun was shining in my bedroom and i didn't want to sleep through such a lovely day :-)

well i dont got to bed till anywhere from 7am-8am and I get up somewhere after 2pm. Dam night shifts
