So after having sex the other night I woke up and it burned when i went pee so I took a mirror and found that I have a tear on the inside lip of my vagina, it is not bleeding but it hurts very VERY badly and burns horribly when I pee, I have been putting Neosporin on it and trying to keep it clean
has this happened to anyone???
I know I should see a gyno but I dont have one, I am 17 and my mom doesnt know my boyfriend and I have sex
so I dont know what to do
its been 3 days and I dont think its healed at all
will it heal with in the next couple of days???
is there something I can do to stop the pain or make it heal faster???

Ok STOP and I mean STOP putting neosporin in there. Neosporin does should NEVER be used down there same with ANY cleaning agents (hydrongen etc). Were exactly is this tear? If it is by the opening it could be that he did not break your hymen completely.
I know it's hard to talk to parents so i will check back on this and edit it. If you are in the US there is a place called Planned Parenthood, you can go there for free most of the time and see a gyno. It is VERY important you see one once you turn 18 or once you become sexually active. i have a friend who i convinced to see a gyno and who is still a virgin and has cervical cancer(they caught it early). Also you NEED to talk to someone about sex esp if you're having it. Have you and you're boyfriend talked about what would happen if you get pregnant? What your options are? You two on the same page? What about birth control? You should use birthcontrol (patch, pills, ring etc) AND a condom just to be extra safe against pregnancy and also a condom prevents STD's. NEVER use the pull out method.
Also were you wet? If not use some lubricant...I seriously am very nervous for you, you NEED to find a gyno and just go, neosporin in the vagina shows me how you don't know anything about your body (not your fault but it scares me).

You will be fine in a couple of days. You got a life lesson from this i hope. Use plenty of lube and relax. Your inexpierence with driving the school bus home has caused you to get a flat tire. Take the time and get a new tire on there but take it a little more easier the next time down the road. Keep it clean and yes stop using neosporin because it actually builds bacteria if not cleaned out properly then your nanna starts to smell bad with an infection. If you fall off the bike and get hurt the best thing to do is get back up there as soon as possible.

I hope it didn't need stitches...because it's too late now...kudos to your boyfriend, now you know why I'm not worried about NOT having a giant weiner! See a GYN Dr....it will be VERY difficult for that injury to heal properly without help. If you have to, lie to your mom, tell her you're having problems with your periods, or that your school phys ed teacher is encouraging everyone to get a regular check-up...and kick her outta the room while you talk to the Dr....or just tell your mom that you've been having sex, you'll be 18 soon enough, and hiding anything from your parents is never a good idea...9 times out of 10, they did the SAME thing.

This really needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on, especially since you think that this thing is not healing and it's been 3 days.
As for how to deal with the pain you can try sitting on an ice pack to try and numben the area til you can get to the doctor.
Also, please let your mom know about this tear because of the fact that you hurt. As the one poster said moms get concerned when their children hurt and they need to know.

Well I have cut myself shaving before, it hurt for a while but eventually went away. I would say give it a few days to a week, if it does not get any better by then I would go have it checked out. You can try going to a womens health clinic, a lot of them will help you without telling your parents. But you may be forced to go somewhere else, then your mom would have to take you.

Was it ruff sex? That is all it could have been. You just stretched it out more then usual.
To make it heal you might have to air it out. Meaning when you sleep in stead of the cotton undies try none. Next time tell him to go slower and calm down.

What's your mom like? if she's like my mom, then she would be more freaked out about the fact your hurt, so tell you. Tell you the truth.
Your second option, deal with it, and have horrible peeing and sex time the rest of your teenhood because of your stupid mistake. Your boyfriends too rough in bed, sorry to say.

your practically an adult, take your self to the doctor, they are not allowed to release any information to anyone. in the mean time, when you pee, while you are peeing squirt clean cold water down their to dilute the acid. by the way it should heal in a few days.

Go to your local health department if you can not find a Gyn. They can keep it confidential. Next time be more careful and remember to use protection against unwanted pregnancy and STD.

You should go to a free clinic such as Plan parenthood.Everything is free and they will not tell your mom.If it hurts when you pee you might have a std.
