I think you need to step away from the computer before you do some serious damage. CMOS is hardwired to your motherboard and trying to remove it could damage your computer beyond repair.

I won't pretend to have an answer for you, but I do know that if you're talking about removing your CMOS RAM you are probably in over your head.

I am guessing you just want to reset your BIOS to the default configuration?

If so there are 2 ways -

The first is if your pc will actually turn on and begin to load.
If so , you will need to press Del or F2 ( maybe a different key depending on pc make ) to enter the BIOS and then reset the BIOS by loading Defaults.

The second is if you BIOS is so confused- usually by someone making changes eg overclocking that stops the system from starting to begin with.
I this case unplug the mains from the pc. Very important!
Then there will be a jumper on your mainboard that will reset the BIOS to defaults - you will need to have your mainboard manual to find this or search the net for a copy of the manual.
Simply place the jumper into the opposite position , wait 30 seconds , then put the jumper back to the original position.
This last step is CRITICAL - you don't want to boot the pc with the jumper in the reset position.
After this your pc should boot as normal.
If it still refuses to boot , then possibly you have a damaged BIOS chip which is not an easy job to replace - sometimes easier to replace the mainboard.
Some of the later mainboards have dual BIOS chips so that if the first is corrupted , it is restored from the backup on reboot.

Good luck.

U CANNOT remove the CMOS Ram, it IS part of the main circuits on the board.

You'd be better posting a question stating the EXACT Error you have and seeking guidance to get past the error.

COuld simply need the CMOS reset to factory safe settings
