A radar can only identify a UFO if its above radar detection range .If the UFO is flying below radar detection it cannot be identified.
Hence it is difficult to radar monitor something that cannot be identified especially if it a UFO.
The nature of a UFO is an unidentifiable One.Pehaps some day there will be a new technology to identify UFOs and even
monitor them.

Radar is used to monitor UFOs all the time. A UFO is an Unidentified Flying Object. Any time the military gets a blip that it doesn't know what it is, it is classified as a UFO. It's usually a large flock of birds or a commercial flight off course, though.

who's "they"? You recommend NASCAR or the drivers? NASCAR already has an extremely precise technique to exhibit screen speeds, their determination of who applies to may be questionable theory. The drivers technique isn't too precise however, they circulate via RPM, it is one use of the lap automobile. It is going a similar velocity of the pit velocity cut back on the initiating of the race for a lap or with a view to permit each and every person to set/mark the RPMs for the value cut back.
