hahahahahahahah!!!

For ONCE the cheat hasn't prospered! And it has also shown Ron Dennis to have made up a pile of rubbish to defend Alonso! Shame on him. His explanation yesterday was completely nonsensical and unintelligible and thankfully the Stewards saw it for what it was - hogwash. Alonso - please p.iss off to Ferrari, where your cheating ways will be much more appreciated no doubt. Then Hamilton can naturally assume the number 1 driver spot where he clearly belongs.

unfortunatley, Ron is in an unenviable position where he has to defend one driver whilst pissing off the other.
he was right to be relegated but why when Schumacher did something similar last year he was sent to the back of the grid and Alonso only 5 placed back?
Ferrari bias?? pah!

Well, Alonso shouldn't have tried to act 'smart' and do that to Lewis. He got what he deserved! And what you said about Ron... Typical (Montoya's favorite word)!

Alonso is feeling sore and under pressure because he thought, "Ah, now Michael The Great is out of my way so I can clinch the championship! So easy!"

But then...

Lewis Hamilton got in Alonso's way and is doing so well, very outstanding as a rookie and so, Alonso's jealous!

5 places down the grid is an extremely light punishment. remember michael schumacher's fiasco parking in monaco 2006? schumi got demoted 10 places. with good strategy, alonso may still win the race, and perhaps only his image will be tarnished. FIA stewards need to be more strict.

Does it not make a great change for the F1 bosses to get something right. To penalise the team for Alonso's cheating and Ron Dennis's lies bulls..t is excellent. It contrasts with the same body's kowtowing to the appalling Schumaker and the consistently dishonest Ferrari team.

It was dumb of Ron to try and save Alonso's ***, now the team will not collect any championship points in this race. Only drivers are allows to get their points.

Why is everyone blaming alonso ??? and say he should go to ferrari ? Alonso can never go to ferrari cause of michael and kimi and massa. And mclaren DO cheat but never get caught. have you ever thought about that ?

Read the news folks, this is because McLaren is being penalized. Regardless of the outcome of the race, the stewards also reported McLaren would not receive constructor points for this race.
