There are no special vaccinations required for Indonesia from anywhere around the world, except for travelers arriving from smallpox and cholera infected areas.

It’s recommended to vaccinate against typhoid and Para-typhoid as well as hepatitis A and B.

Reasonable medical facilities are available in major towns but once outside these areas, medical services tend to be very poor. Make sure that you have adequate health insurance that covers evacuation and consider inoculations against typhoid, cholera, Japanese encephalitis and hepatitis.

There is a risk of malaria in many parts of Indonesia (but not necessary for Bali and other big cities) -- and it is recommended that you take advice regarding anti-malarials. It is always best to check the current situation and any vaccination requirements with your doctor when planning your trip.

no nothing is required, Bali is not even in a Malaria zone so it's ok.

If you go to lombok, it's a different story, it is classified as malaria zone.

Only thing to have is some tablets of imodium or similar product for tourista...

Don't need to get a shot. But try to stay away from foods on side street, you might get an upset stomach. Probably restaurants in hotel is safe, but can be expensive.
