ummmm,,,,,,,,, maybe,,,,but i think it depends on who says it,,,cause some people really got nothing 2hide,,,,so they can say it,,, but some people are just gonna say it 2make you think they got nothing 2hide,,,,but they really hiding lots,,,,yup...!

I'm sure there are people that say it as a bluff but there are also people with nothing to hide.

most of the time they are hiding something. someone told me they werent hiding anything, and i cought them in a lie!!! if you think they arent telling you the WHOLE story, dig deeper with different resources. worked for me and it should work for you. good luck my friend
